The recent journal paper by Hande, Nicky and Ilja in Small is featuring on the inside back cover of a special issue to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Adolphe Merckle Institute in Fribourg (CH). In this article, they report on the temporally programmed, self‐regulating formation and dissociation of complex coacervate core micelles (C3Ms) consisting of a double hydrophilic block copolymer and a pH‐responsive polyfluorene as building blocks and a molecular sensor (doxorubicin HCl) as cargo. The polyfluorene and the Dox, as spectroscopic probes, display in-situ how the system (dis)assembles in time and how the load is released. The table of contents of this special issue is found on the publisher’s website.
