Biography:
In 2011 I carried out my studies, in Iran, at Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University, where I received my Bachelor of Material Science Engineering. Afterwards, I decided to continue my academic training in AmirKabir University of Technology, with a Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering- Biomaterial. I performed my master project titled “design and fabrication of biosensor for early detection of genetic diseases based on optical microarrays’’, under supervision of Dr. Mohammad Rabiee. In the proposed project, I synthesized polymeric microspheres as a substrate for primary antibodies to identify the breast cancer cells by confocal microscopy of the sandwich immunoassay.
In 2018, I joined the group of Prof. Ilja Voets as a PhD student, at the Institute for Complex molecular Systems (ICMS) at the Eindhoven University of Technology.
Research Interests:
My research project concerns developing the super resolution microscopy techniques towards gaining insight into the interactions between food components (e.g. proteins, polysaccharides and lipids).
